The heart of encounterencounter is not a gig. It is not a church. It is not a performance. encounter is all about people - bringing together the young people of Preston to serve the young people and wider church of Preston.Interested? encounter is one big creative team with many gifts... encounter is a celebration of God's creativity, and there are many creative aspects to the encounter team. If you sing, dance, act, play an instrument, draw, film, choreograph, direct, animate, paint, compose music or have any other creative gift that you can use to glorify and honour God, there is a place for you in the encounter team. If your heart to serve God and encounter is less creative, more practical, there is an army of people who support the creative elements through production, tech, prayer, administration, stage management, set-up, pack-down (and a million other unseen jobs) who would love to have you on board.
